I upgraded from a personal wireless account to a business one and they didn't roll the balance over. I paid my $300 bills on the business account without realizing I had a $144 balance on my personal account they closed. They put 5 missed payments and a collection on my credit report and I'm pretty sure they could fix it, but of the 10 people I talked to today, nobody seemed to know or care.
How can I get this straightened out so it doesn't cost me thousands of dollars? If I'm reading the information right, unless it gets fixed, this garbage will stick with me for 7 years.

About a year ago, but I didn't realize I had a problem until I looked at my credit report because I bought a tractor I'm needing to finance and am pricing new pickups.
