My screen started flickering this weekend and it is as if it is freezing up. I can swipe or tap an icon sometimes, but most of the time it won't respond. I took it to Verizon and they changed my app preferences, but it is still doing the same thing. I can't even access my settings to make any other changes or kill my apps. I really can't use any features at this point. Any suggestions?

I'm so sorry your having these issues tcar13. We want your Moto X to work flawlessly. Let's make sure an app isn't running in the background. I would recommend powering down and then remove and reinsert the Sim Card. After this has been accomplished can you access your settings? How much memory is available? To check: Settings>Storage> Available
