Please help - I'm a substitute teacher, and (1) I'm not moving very fast when the schools call at 5:15am and (2) I lose work every time I miss a call.
When I first got my DroidX, years ago, I called customer service and they increased the ringer length for me. Now I (finally) upgraded to a new MotoX, and unfortunately it seems my account reverted to going to voice mail too quickly for me to pick up. I would like to reset it again, but now I can't even find the number to call for Verizon customer service! Does it still exist, and if so, what is it??
TIA
Beth

The ringer length is set by Verizon's system at 30 seconds. The number for Customer Service is *611 from your phone or 800-922-0204 from a landline.
