I was excited to see that I was going to finally get the upgrade to my wifi xoom and the install rebooted, started to install then I got the triangle ! of death.  I waited for over 20 minutes then rebooted my zoom to be back on the old version.  Will I be able to manually pull it?, why did this happen?  I really would like to upgrade.

Yeah, this isn't the place to discuss any of that. Glad to here you will be updated very soon. I've been using ICS on a Galaxy Nexus since January and it has been a real drag using the Xoom, until now. It really makes the Xoom a brand new tablet. ¡Disfruta!
