I keep getting a "mod not aligned properly" message on my phone. I do not have a mod and do not even own one. Sometimes it comes up regularly. Sometimes not at all.

This started at least, on the second to the last update that happened. The current software on the phone is 7.1.1. There is no set time when the message comes on, and any app that I'm using. Yes I do shut my phone off occasionally.
