The proximity sensor and flashlight chop randomy quit working on my Z2 force. A restart seems to get them working again.
Seems like more than once a day this happens, can't pin it down to any one cause.
Seems to happen in safe mode also.
Any ideas?

Oh no! That definitely sounds frustrating. Thanks for that additional information. Let's keep digging. When did your proximity sensor stop working? Around the time this started, do you remember making any changes to your device (new software update, new applications)?
