I have Moto Z2 which i recently bought. Sometimes during the call my voice appears muffled, disconnected or low to the other side. I am not sure what the reason is therefore reaching out to this community. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Oh, no! Let's get your Moto Z2 back up and running, Moto_User. Is your Moto Z2 up to date? Does this happen to multiple calls or only one person when you call them? Do you notice the audio muffled if you record a video? Do you have any accessories on your Moto Z2?
