I'm so sorry to hear this. At least Apple has a genius bar, but there's no technicians in service providers' stores to help people. I think this upgrade has fried phones' hardware.

I switched from an iPhone to the Z Force Droid, and really liked the Motorola until this happened. Somebody needs to hold Google accountable.

I have a neighbor who works for AT&T, so I'll be having a little chat with him soon.

Good luck with everything!

You have already done some fantastic steps, KATKAT21, and apologize that they have not resulted in the phone working the way it's intended. I don't want to see you give up on your device or Verizon. I realize how important it is to get a working phone into your hands. I have also sent you a Private Message. Please access https://community.verizonwireless.com/inbox to continue.

Updates are always meant to bring improvements to your device. I apologize that this is not the experience that you have had. We are here to help. What exact functions are not working on the device? Are you able to place your phone in SafeMode and does it work? http://spr.ly/6585DSm6h
