This is becoming an annoying issue.
I've turned the phone off and on reviewed blocked numbers and no change. Ridiculous.
We understand the importance of managing your text messages. We want to ensure this issue is resolved. Is the text message coming from your number? Have you recently blocked any numbers? What's the make and model of your phone?
Mute texts from your own number.
Same issue after blocking a number. Since Verizon isn't bothering with a fix advise muting texts from own number.
