Got a new Motorola, and spam increase 300% in 3 days on my computer. Someone at Verizon is selling our info, even though an agent said it was against their policy.

They sell your email address. I do not receive email on my yet, and may not because of so much spam now. I was down to about 10 spams a day before I bought the phone and it jumped to 40+ and climbing. Similar when I dropped att for verizon, Robo calls went from about 0 to many.

Maybubbles4416, making sure you are only receiving emails and phone calls that are meant for you is vital. Your personal information and account security are very important to us and we do not sell your personal information. Please follow this link to review our Privacy Policy https://vz.to/2YQP7no for more details. Additionally, we can understand how receiving an unexpected amount of Spam/Robocalls can be alarming. We do want to let you know that we offer a feature called Call Filter, which will allow you to set up spam filters and a blocklist to prevent unsolicited callers from reaching you. Please follow this link https://vz.to/2IQ12y7 to learn more about this feature.
