I have a Moto Z2 Force and it randomly reboots several times per day. It will do it sitting on the desk or in my holster. I have gone to the Verizon store, I have gone through troubleshooting online and done the manual software update. It had the most current version already, it just re-installed. I do not know if it is a bad phone or what. I do not have a memory card in it, my work does not allow them.
Sorry to hear about trouble with your device, Pontiacbob. We definitely want to get that resolved for you. When did this begin happening? Do you recall if any new software was added around that time?
