I have recently upgraded from my Moto X to a Moto Z. Since changing phones, I do not get all of my texts. It will come through that someone sent something to me but it wants to "Download" it. Sometimes it will download and sometimes it won't. Sometimes it is the next day before it downloads. It always does this on pictures and screenshots and sometimes on just regular text massages. Help!!!!
