My brother and I have a Moto Z Droid and our pictures through text messages are randomly being deleted. I'm using the Verizon messenger app and he is using the regular message app. This is becoming a big problem we travel for our jobs and info that's sent to us is being deleted and it's a problem to have to keep calling people back after the info has been sent. We've checked to make sure delete old messages wasn't checked and it's not can some one please help. I would hate to leave Verizon because of this technical issue but it's affecting my job. Thank you
