Does your plan support the mobile hotspot feature? If so, call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and verify there isn't a block on your line or to have them reset the feature from their end.

jwdurbin437, it is important to be able to access your mobile hot spot. Is this something you have successfully used in the past? Are you getting a specific error message?
