I have been accessing my text messages from my tablet and work phone for several years. Reciently it has been requiring me to enter a verification code sent to my device every time I access my account. How do I keep this from happening? Having to keep my device with me to be able access my messages is very inconvient when I’m traveling.
We never like to hear that you are having trouble with your services at all. I know how convenient it is to be able to view your messages online so to have to keep authenticating can be challenging. We will try everything we can to get this working as it should be going forward. Do you recall anything happening with your device or the place you log in to check the messages around the time this began?
