phone was factory reset
when entering my email during the wizard, it told me that i needed to use the original owners email that was synced to the device
thought maybe it wasn't recognizing my password, changed my password
still not letting me in.
I am 100% positive that this is my email address because i've been using it for years
its been since last night around 6
