Voicemail won't update with wifi enabled

On my LG G4, when I have a data signal available and wifi enabled and connected, I am not able to update my Verizon visual voicemail (V.3.12.27.6). When I turn off wifi, it will update with no issues.

Let's get your phone back on track.  The less you have to worry about the better.  When did this issue begin?  Have you been able to update visual voicemail through Wi-Fi in the past?  Keep us posted so we can assist further.

I honestly don't remember when this issue started. I would imagine I could

sync with wifi enabled when I first got the phone in June, unless I didn't

notice the issue. I'm sorry this isn't much help for you.

Welcome to the club.   I am currently receiving no notifications for almost all apps on my phone.   See below for the reason why in this  link.   I wish Verizon and LG cared but they obviously don't.
