New Phone (Oct 2015) freezes continuously. Replaced the battery in Dec 2015. No improvement. My motto "After I reset 7 times in a 24 hour period, it's turned off." No. other means of communications, but I'm done.
Have Verizon replace the phone with the usual refurbished unit. That's about your only recourse at this point...short of buying a different model.
