Why would Verizon carry poor quality technology like this? Or why wouldn't they have LG step up if they are going to carry them? Everything on my phone is gone and if I hadn't had the extended warranty I would own a several hundred dollar paperweight. As you can tell, I'm very frustrated with the situation.
