LG G5 Usb Notification Error

Since this morning, the usb notification pops up every couple minutes. My device isn't connected to the usb so this shouldn't be happening. How do I fix this? I've powered it off/on. I've removed/re-inserted the battery. I've removed/reinserted the sim card. I've done a complete factory reset and didn't readd any apps yet. This notification pops up constantly. The only time that it doesn't is when my device is plugged in. Please help! Thanks.

It is troubling to hear of this notification showing up on your phone constantly, TiaSamp and I would be happy to help you today. We want to take a closer look at the device and determine the root cause of this issue for you. We appreciate all of the details and troubleshooting steps you have taken on your own.
Just for clarification, does the device have any liquid or physical damage at all? Have you applied the newest software update to the phone? The next best step will be to place the phone in safe mode http://vz.to/2iFB6qU and monitor the phones performance. Please reach back out to is with an update at your earliest convenience and we will be ready to continue helping.

Thank you for the response. I'd already tried safe mode. It didn't remedy

the situation. My phone has no damage at all.

The constant notification finally stopped. Now it doesn't appear at all,

not even when my phone is plugged into my pc! The fast charging has also

stopped.

Please help. Thanks.
