The first phone I had got stuck in the reboot loop. Got a replacement phone due to it being a known issue. Got the new phone and had charging/heating issues but Verizon was unwilling to send another replacement so I kept the phone and that issue stopped. But for a couple months my screen randomly turns on, which is eating at my battery life! I spoke with a support rep yesterday and did basic troubleshooting and reseting phone to fix issue. It did not fix the issue. Can someone help me?
