Ever since I did a system update (VS98548A) to my LG3 phone, it won't let me externally share pictures or other things from facebook. Why not?

System updates are meant to enhance and improve your device, NANWIL73. We still want you to be able share content through Facebook. Let’s check further into this. Since the update, have you updated all apps and the Facebook app through the Play store? What happens when you try to share something?
