All the Gapps, for the most part, seem to be having an issue. I suggest uninstalling and deleting the cache/info from each app you have an issue for and rebooting, and going back to the play store for auto updating. (Play Store, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, etc...)

Yes, I had the same problem. Called customer support and they "reset" my line, which fixed the problem.

After the update to 5.0.2 and factory reset most everything seems to work except for the new smart lock feature and streaming bluetooth music skips which is annoying.

I have the LG HBS-800 wireless neckband. Worked without any problems before the update except for a slight hiccup after pausing and then resuming play. Now I get about 2 hiccups per song.

I've had zero issues with it myself. I plan on doing a reset just so I have a completely clean slate for however Lollipop was suppose to be shown than any bloatware currently installed.

My wife and I have identical phones and without the factory reset her's is missing some of the new features in the settings but hasen't been having any issues with most phone functions. I have noticed phone calls between our phones I'm unable to understand her because the voice clairity is so bad.

You'll still have the usual bloatware on the LG G2, just like before.

What new features is she missing? You can do like we did before and disable Advanced Calling and OK Google Now on every screen. That might help call quality.

Essentially I have had 3 separate devices that are unable to charge post the update to Lollipop. Why did Verizon Wireless approve this update if they know their users will not be able to charge their devices? I've tried everything suggested aside from clearing my Google app data, but I have also been unable to get a proper charge rate with the 3 devices that have not even been signed into with a Google account. The only assistance they're offering me is what will be my 8th LG G2 as an exchange. I just want to exchange the device under my extended warranty through Verizon Wireless for a comparable device (and if it has battery charging problems, then it needs to be a device that has a removable battery). I'm merely reading the terms and conditions of the "Extended Warranty" available on the Verizon Wireless website, Section III. A. 1. and inferring that since this phone no longer has acceptable workmanship, that Verizon has the ability to exchange for a comparable device. I am out of manufacturer's warranty since I purchased my phone in November 2013.
