Anyone else having difficulties with the new lollipop upgrade? I have taken my phone in 4 different times because of the OIS not working properly. They finally got my emails working (FINALLY), but nothing else is working - google play or any apps. They did 2 hard shutdowns on the phone. Now, when you go to Google Play, it simply is "refreshing." They said they could not fix it.
They have offered to replace my phone, but my wife informed me today that hers is also messing up. We bought our phones at the same time (last March). This is frustrating. The only thing Verizon wanted to do originally was push that we do the Everything Plan, which I told them I was not interested. When I asked them to cancel my contract they offered "to do more."
In total, I have spent almost 8 hours physically in a store trying to get things resolved. That does not include all the other things I tried prior to going in or the things I had to do once I went in and got back home.
