My jetpack wifi connects to my phone for a few seconds and then disconnects. I tried rebooting but the problem still exists. Anyone else ever have this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
We want to make sure you are all set with your services. I can understand the importance of connecting to the internet. With regard to using your Jetpack as a WiFi source do you have this issue connecting to other devices besides your cell phone? When did this start for you?

Its likely that you did not enter the WiFI password of the Jetpack correctly into your phone. Delete the profile you created for the Jetpack on your phone and try again. The WiFi password on the Jetpack should be visible from the control panel.
