I have 3 phones with 15 g a month. I thought was a very good deal. Home phone, mobile for my wife and I, and 45g of hotspot internet bliss. Well, from 12noon to 12 mid night we can hardly get on the internet. Sure, email might be ok, but don't think of doing some shopping, and forget about watching a video. It is terrible.  I called and called and aways getting some one you can hardly believe understand. I wrote thinking I would get a well researched anwser to my problem. Thats why I wrote, I am tired of speaking to this verizon agents you cannot understand in the first place.

My problem is why after a year of resonable hotspot data now is nonexistant.

It's great to know that you've been managing your hotspot data so well. However, there's a lot of unknown information on this to best assist with your question. What is the name of your current unlimited data plan? Outside of the 15GB hotspot usage, how much data is used on a particular line that is having these connection issues? Do you have the same issue when not using the hotspot feature?

50 dollar 8gig plus 7gig. Use the phone primarily for laptop internet surfuring. It like dial slowoooo, except at 1am to 5am. This is horrible cell service. As soon as I can get better service from some one else I am going to drop verizon like a bad habit.
