Why won't my moble hotspot connect to my laptop?

My hot stop will not connect to laptop New Samsung Galleys 5, hotspot comes up on networks but says secured and don't show to enter password doesn't auto connect and shows phones name as aval. but no connection when I hit connect how do I find the answer to solve this problem

Try to delete the wireless profile you setup on your laptop for your phones hotspot feature.  Reenter the wireless password and try again.  This should refresh the connection between the two devices and allow you to communicate again.
