Why is my data usage so low?

On my account under data usage when I re-upped this month (it's a prepaid plan), it started off from like -5 and now it's showing zero under kb, mb, and gb, my data is still on though, so I was wondering what the problem is?

I should say it's a verizon mobile hotspot 4g mifi prepaid.
