I'm curious to know how many people were suckered into the 'free hotspot' with your plan, without it being fully explained that although the jetpack is free, it requires line access which is not free. In fact it's an extra charge of $20 each month. Yes I'm one of those fools who doesn't scrutinise my bill, 4 months and $80 later...
Since my phone can be used as a hotspot and I can add that feature as an when needed, the jetpack is still sitting in its box.
Very unsatisfied verizon customer right now.
