I had not been able to get 4G on my 4510L for a couple weeks and finally had the large amount of time it would take to chat with someone to get it resolved. I have had this Mifi for a number of years but it had been deactivated up until 3 months ago. I then decided to activate and use again and 4G worked great. After about an hour of chatting and going to 2nd level support I was finally told that the device is no longer supported on the LTE network. I am wondering if others had heard this. It is a Novatel Wireless Mifi 4510L.
Looks like it might have to go in the garbage can.
