For years I've had no problem with service. In the last week or so service keeps stopping. I have to power down and then on again to get it to work. It happens often, like several times per hour. What is going on? Will this be the norm now? If so I will have to get a different service. Thanks
You said "for years". maybe time to update that jetpack. what's the model number?
