My jetpack is connected to my laptop but it says no internet access. I went to the admin page and it says internet connection : disconnected. I used to be able to just reconnect and now I don't see that option. Ayuda

Try the standard resets for the device and test each time:
1. Reboot the Jetpack
2. Remove the SIM card for 30 seconds
3. Reset the defaults using the button under the back cover.
