I would like to toggle back and forth between 4G and 3G, can someone explain how I can do that? Thanks!

You will have to sign into the Jetpack and switch the Preferred Network Technology from Automatic to EVDO only to manually move to 3G network.

AMAE_21, no worries. That device does all the work for you. 4G devices are designed to retrieve signal from the nearest and best wireless tower in the area. As a result, signal will automatically fluctuate when service migrates from 4G to 3G based on your location.

Yup, this is done through the admin page at:
my.jetpack
Once signed in as admin you will want to set the technology as mentioned from automatic to EVDO (Evolution Data Optimized/3G)
