Jetpack battery won't stay charged. Took Jetpack to local Verizon store. The assistant advised that the battery was not good and I went to battery store. There I was told that the jetpack connector was not good and the battery was not bad. Went back to Verizon store and I received a replacement jetpack. Battery charged a little. Two days later the light on the jetpack is red (I have it plugged in to electric source) but I do have connectivity. If it is the battery that is bad, where can I purchase a new one. I looked on internet and could not find one.
