I received a letter reagrading my international 1000 minutes/$20 plan. It says 1000 minutes will change to 500 minutes begining fron 07/01/2019. Will that going to change my monthly price or same for 500 minutes?

We greatly appreciate your loyalty and we want to ensure you have the right information about any changes being made. The cost of the current plan that you have will not go down. May I ask what country do you typically call as our Unlimited Together World is $15.00 per month and may be more beneficial?

We want to make sure that you are able to continue calling Ethiopia, Hax1. I know that cost is an important factor, I am a consumer as well. How often do you call Ethiopia? Do you call any other countries? Do you have any rough idea on how many minutes per month you call? You can view alternative international calling plans by viewing this link: http://spr.ly/6602EtzT4 . Please let us know if this link helps and your current international usage. We look forward to hearing from you.

I got the same letter. Call the World 1000 was the only reason I signed with Verizon. Not only have they reduced the minutes 50%, but they removed the country I called t he most, Cameroon l, and they still charge me the same cost. That's wrong. I'm considering leaving Verizon.
