I started new service with Verizon. I have the HTC One Max. My wife has iPhone 5 on Sprint. When I started service I was able to receive text messages from her. I only received 3 inbound messages now I cannot receive her text messages anymore. She can receive mine. I reset my phone to factory settings and deleted everything on my phone and set it up as a new phone and I still cannot receive her text message but she can receive mine. I have no problem not receiving text messages from anyone but her.
Is she actually using texting or iMessage. You won't be able to see an iMessages.
The texting app she uses is imesage or texting other phones
