If I call 611 the screen stays black cant press menu options and when I go to hang up even with the setting of press power button to hang up, it doesn't I have to remove the battery to get it to end the call
its an LG optimus prepaid, its been like this since I paid 65 dollars for it too! theres no setting that fixes this thing and I cant even get someone from Verizon to chat and help me in order to get to a Verizon store we have to drive 45 mins away, we live in the middle of no where on top of a mt. Isnt there a way to fix this without freaking out and running it over>
