I have a Pixel 4 and my Dad has a flip phone on our account. When I text him, he gets no notifications. My wife has an iPhone and she gets notifications from me, so I know I did all of those steps correctly, but not his flip phone. It's driving him crazy, so he is driving me crazy. An ideas?
No worries, theusername. I know how important it is for your dad to receive text message notifications and I'm confident that we'll get to the bottom of this. Has he made any recent changes to his phone? What is the make and model of his phone?
