I am having difficulty charging my phone. When I go to plug it in, the screen turns of and looks as if the battery has died even tho the battery is at 67%. How can I fix this?
We understand the importance of having a working device and we want to help in the best way. When did this issue start? What is the exact model of your device? Have you tried restarting your device?
