I still haven't been able to resolve the 2016 Black Friday Pixel XL promo. I'm still paying $36.47 a month for both 128g Pixel XL's I ordered under the Black Friday promo ($25 a month). Absolutely nothing has been done after countless phone calls, online chat sessions and two trips to the local Verizon store. Verizon just lost another long time customer!
