My stock browser that goes straight to Google is stock a refresh cycle when in mobile but whet I put it in classic it is fine. How do I fix this?

Have you tried clearing the cache and data for the browser? Or like Brian68 said, try a different browser.....Dolphin is a browser I personally like using.... Good luck!
just be aware that if you clear the data, you'll lose your bookmarks
