I recently switched to Verizon, from Sprint, and was added to a family plan. The phone, Droid RAZR, was delivered and activated with a new phone number. Love the phone but am having a problem...
I followed all the setup directions including setting up Voice Mail with a PIN and my greeting.
After all the setup directions I followed the instructions to port my old phone number to the new phone. The port happened rather quickly, under an hour, but the Voice Mail box is not attached to my phone number. In other words I have no Voice Mail.
How can I activate, or associate, Voice Mail on my new Droid RAZR? Seems like it should easy to do but I searched Support and could find nothing.
Note, this is the standard "free" Voice Mail included with my line.
TIA for any help.

Call VZW to amke sure all of the port has occurred. If so, you will need to contact Sprint and make sure they completed everything on their end
