I have a notice that says "Low on volume space" SD card space is getting low. When I called VZW the guy told me to bring my phone into a VZW store and they could help me....any suggestions other than going to a vzw store?

It could be internal SD or external. No ned to go to the store. All you need to do is check your memory levels.
SETTINGS> STORAGE > internal and external storage.
Check there to see whats low. If its your SD card memory that means you need to delete pictures, videos and so on. I would recommend deleting long message threads or old messages. Im almost certain is pics or maybe an app gobling up sd card memory.
