If you haven't tried this run your Turbo through a system cache clear sometimes just doing that can help a phone and should help after you un-paired your B-Tooth Devices after running the cache see if you can re-hook up to your Devices do one at a time.. and keep the other B-Tooth devices off..  If what i suggested doesn't fix the issues then as mentioned run by a corporate store see what they can do with it.. they may have to DOA it out.. on the Grounds of the Bluetooth not working..

When you say the same result, are you saying they can connect or they also cannot connect?  Your statement wasn't too clear.

Is it possible your radio can only pair to a single Bluetooth device?  Some radios will only pair with a single device.  Have you tried deleting your husband's phone from the radio and trying your phone again?  Sometimes you have to have the phone find the radio and other ties you may need to have the radio find the phone.  It's best to read the manual to find out how to do this.

When i said same results it means it won't connect to any Bluetooth devices. I have unpaired my husbands and tried reconnecting no luck even tried having the phone find it no connection. I know how Bluetooth works and how to pair. This is a replacement phone the first one i had worked fine this one not at all so if anyone has a solution please let me know.

Wait, so it is your Turbo that won't connect to any Bluetooth devices?  I read it as the car radio wouldn't connect to any devices other than your husband's phone.  If your phone won't connect to any devices, it's faulty and you should get it replaced.  I'd bring it into a Verizon store and ask them to check it out and, if it doesn't work, I'd fight to get that replacement replaced.

I am having the exact same problem. The replacement phone won't connect. The "car tells" me what the password is but to contact the provider. Never had problem with my old phone.

It's worrying to see you're also unable to connect your Droid Turbo to your car, and we will be glad to assist you especially because the password provided by your car is not working properly. Please tell us, are you able to pair your Droid Turbo with devices other than your car?
Also, we would like to ask you to perform a Network Settings Reset on your device and try pairing it again with your car. The following link will guide you through this process. http://spr.ly/6606EcmAi
