Muted RZR

My daughter has a Motorola RZR.   She has somehow muted herself??  We cannot hear her talking into the handset?  Any suggestions?

Oh dear! We can certainly help resolve this issue for you Mar1121. Does your daughter have the flip phone RAZR, Droid RAZR or RAZR MAXX? When making a call, do you see the option to mute or unmute at the bottom of the screen? If this is the flip phone, please try removing the battery for about 30 seconds, then re-insert. If a Droid RAZR/MAXX, press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons together for about 5 seconds.

Let me know if she's still having an issue with her device.
