Motorolla RAZR MAXX HD In-call Volume

The in-call volume on this device continually resets itself to a very low level.  I have tried the Volume Control + app, but it crashed continuously so I removed it from my phone.

If anyone has any advice on how to keep the in-call volume at the level where I set it I would appreciate it.

Hi snooter, Let's bring back the noise! Have you recently installed any new apps? Try running the device in Safe Mode to see if the performance improves: http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/66528/
If this concern does not come up in Safe Mode this will be an indication that a 3rd party app is affecting the volume setting. We will then have to locate the offender and remove it. I look forward to your reply as I would be happy to help further if needed.
