Hello. I'm new to the board here, but ever sense I upgraded to the ICS on my RAZR my phone has slowly been heading down hill. My keyboard constantly becomes unresponsive, force closes, and types what it wants. Now the phone seems to be opening other programs and calling people in my contacts on its own. I've already done a factory reset and cleared the data as other forums have suggested, but the problem persists. Any suggestions to fixing my problem would be greatly appriciated.
When you factory reset your phone, did the downloaded applications re-install themselves along with your settings? You should do a factory reset and don't let the phone restore your previous settings and applications.

No. I didn't allow the phone to re-install the applications or my settings in attempt to avoid the same problem happening.
Does the problem persist if you boot into Safe Mode? If not then one of your downloaded programs is not playing fair. If you still have this problem in Safe Mode even after doing a factory reset then you need to call Verizon tech support.
