It may not seem like it makes sense, but they own the network and they set the prices. I have had my unlimited tethering plan for several years. I am not sure it is offered any longer, but based on your posts, it must not be. I suppose tethering plans are no different than any other product. They decide the offerings, they set the prices, and we buy or don't buy what they are selling.
