I know my regular log in information so I didn't need to keep having the site close saying that my time was up. My cell phone has all of my family members phone numbers in it and it is completely dead. To make things worse I was able to chat with someone in the Telephone chat but not in the chat that would have helped me. I had to log on eight different times from 12:43 to 4:01 because I couldn't verify it on my cell phone.
Does anyone know if they are going to stop this "one time security log in"?
Meanwhile, I didn't get any satisfaction except today except being able to write this post.
