Had to order my daughter a replacement through insurance she dropped it from the couch to wood floor about 2ft and screen fractured all over (Probably wouldn't have believed her but I was setting in the chair next to her)it was in the Verizon silicon case but hit on right top corner. I've gotten the replacement but was going to wait till she paid the $99 deductible to activate reason is I warned her that it was known to crack easily so she would be responsible for it. I've been told by a few people that I have only 7 days to activate after receiving it. Does anyone know if this is true or is there even a time limit to do this.

Thanks

I am not sure about the amount of time to activate it, but I know that you will only have so much time before you need to return the original phone that was damaged. It should say it on the return package / shipping label. If you do not return it by then, you will be charged for the full price of a RAZR MAXX.
